POSITION SUMMARY
The Junior Aircraft Management Officer (JAMO) assists in the overall technical compliance for aircraft managed by the company including regulatory and non-regulatory compliances. He/she shall correspond and liaise extensively with various parties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the review and compliance of SB and AD.
Assist in the production of regulatory compliance reports.
Assist in the liaison with other departments within the company especially maintenance/servicing personnel.
Assist in the liaison and correspondence with regulatory bodies, clients’ representatives, manufacturers, vendors and suppliers.
Assist in the update of maintenance planning software.
Assist in the upkeep of the maintenance documents and records.
Assist in the processing of aircraft subscriptions and its renewals.
Assist in the vetting of payments and invoices.
Participate in the assurance of the compliance with the environmental, health and safety regulations.
Participate, support and implement continuous improvement processes.
Lead and/or participate in projects and tasks as required by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION(S)
Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent with good results including a good credit in Science, Mathematics and Physics.
Relevant qualification(s) in aircraft operation or maintenance courses and subjects will be advantageous.
EXPERIENCE
No prior experience in aircraft technical management is required; experience in other aircraft technical/maintenance fields will be advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE
Good knowledge in aircraft systems, turbine engines and/or piston engines.
Knowledge of flight operation, maintenance operation, base checks, maintenance planning will be advantageous.
Knowledge of MY DCA, EU EASA or US FAA regulations will be advantageous.
ABILITIES/SKILLS
Able to read and understand technical documentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Effective written and oral English communication skills. The ability to understand and speak other languages would be advantageous.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) is required to be independent, resourceful and a team player. He/she shall possess a very high standard of safety, excellent t/shooting skills and extensive hands-on experience. He/she shall correspond and liaise extensively with manufacturers’, vendors, suppliers and clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform aircraft maintenance on company aircrafts and its clients.
Lead a team of mechanics and assistants in aircraft maintenance and ancillary services, including task delegation, supervision and maintaining discipline.
Work closely with the Hangar Foreman in manpower distribution.
Participate in improving and supervising the maintenance standards of the subordinates.
Promote safety culture in aircraft handling and maintenance.
Participate in the assurance of the compliance with the environmental, health and safety regulations.
Participate, support and implement continuous improvement processes.
Lead and/or participate in projects and tasks as required by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION(S)
Must hold the Malaysian DCA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licence (full licence).
Shall hold the US FAA A&P Licence and/or EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licence.
Preferably with type ratings on Falcon 2000EX-EASy, Falcon 900EX-EASy, Challenger CL605 or Pilatus PC12-NG.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on certifying experience in aircraft maintenance.
Previous experience and working knowledge in other fields of aircraft maintenance would be advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE
Sound knowledge in MY DCA, EU EASA and US FAA airworthiness regulations.
Sound knowledge in aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance operation.
ABILITIES/SKILLS
Experience in private/corporate aircraft maintenance is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Effective written and oral English communication skills. The ability to understand and speak other languages would be advantageous.
Good knowledge in IT especially in Windows, MS-Word and MS-Excel.

Willing to travel outstation at short notice for AOG recovery.
Willing to support maintenance with flexible working time for adhoc requests.
